MEET TODAY’S GUEST

Pam Potts

A full-time realtor for the past 7 years with Realty ONE Group Landmark, Pam has built an impressive track record as a solo agent — closing over 175 transactions and more than $38 million in sales.

She moved up to the Cranberry area because she fell in love with everything north of Pittsburgh has to offer, and now she helps families do the same.

“Work with a local real estate agent. We know the area, we know the inventory, we live here, and we can best guide you through the process.”

THE INTERVIEW

Who Pam Works With

Pam’s business is nicely balanced — roughly 50/50 between buyers and sellers — but she has a special passion for working with first-time home buyers. She loves guiding people through one of the biggest and most emotional decisions of their lives.

Whether someone is buying their very first home, moving up because a baby is on the way, or downsizing into a new season of empty nesting, Pam finds deep fulfillment in being part of those milestones.

What Sets Pam Apart

Pam stands out because of her hands-on, client-first approach. She’s constantly touring properties to stay on top of the rapidly changing market, networking on behalf of her clients, and always keeping their best interests front and center.

“I go above and beyond for my clients,” Pam says. “I love always having my clients’ best interest forward.”

She’s also a big fan of the area’s growth, especially all the new construction and exciting new businesses popping up around Cranberry Township.

The Current Market in Cranberry Township

From Pam’s perspective, the 2026 market is a mixed bag — part buyer’s market and part seller’s market depending on price point and neighborhood.

New construction tends to favor sellers and developers right now, while some recently built resale homes can sit longer if the surrounding development isn’t fully wrapped up.

A Memorable Transaction

One of Pam’s favorite deals happened just outside Cranberry in Marshall Township.

She helped a young family relocate to the area and plant roots. Seeing their excitement about everything the North Hills has to offer made the entire process incredibly rewarding for her.

Pam’s Advice for 2026 Buyers and Sellers

Her top piece of advice is simple but important:

“Work with a local real estate agent. We know the area, we know the inventory, we live here, and we can best guide you through the process.”
