MEET TODAY’S GUEST
Nicole Zirnsak
Nicole comes from a true State Farm family. Her mom started working in an agent’s office while still in high school, and Nicole grew up around the business. That early exposure shaped her path, and today she brings over a decade of experience and a deep commitment to serving local families and businesses.

THE INTERVIEW
More Than Just Insurance
For Nicole, insurance isn’t just about policies — it’s about being part of people’s lives as they grow and change.
“My favorite part of helping local families is watching their needs grow as their life does,” she says. “It’s hard to explain the excitement my team and I experience when an insured calls and shares they’re moving because a baby’s on the way. Or they need to change their covered vehicle because they finally got the promotion they were working toward.”
She and her team recently celebrated with a client who expanded his business by two locations. “We cheered pretty loud,” Nicole laughs. “We felt like more than his insurance agent making a coverage change on a business policy. We get to experience the joy right along with them!”
A Conversation-Based Approach
What sets Nicole and her team at State Farm apart is their personalized, conversation-first approach.
“We’re going to do our best to ask you the questions that open the door to you telling us what’s important to you and your family,” she explains. “It’s for sure not a ‘one size fits all’ in our office.”
Rather than treating insurance like a commodity, Nicole focuses on truly understanding her clients’ lives — from who’s riding in the car every day to what kind of collectibles they have at home. She recommends an annual review with your insurance agent so your coverage actually matches your current life, not just the minimum the state requires.
Deep Roots in the Community
Nicole and her team are active members of the Cranberry Township and North Hills community. They regularly cook and serve meals to local groups and organizations at least once per month.
Beyond that, the State Farm opportunity has allowed Nicole and her husband to raise their five sons while running the agency — continuing the family tradition she grew up with.
“My team is the best,” she says. “I’m so fortunate to experience life alongside them.”
