MEET TODAY’S GUEST

Rachel Zoe

A registered nurse with over 15 years of high-acuity surgical experience, Rachel opened Aesthetic Edit by Rachel Zoe to combine her deep understanding of anatomy and safety with a passion for helping people feel like the best version of themselves.

Located in Cranberry Township, Aesthetic Edit by Rachel Zoe was built on a simple but powerful philosophy: aesthetic treatments should enhance, never overhaul.

“Aesthetic medicine should never make someone look different. It should help them look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves.”

THE INTERVIEW

A Personalized Approach to Aesthetics

Rachel’s background in neurosurgery, open heart, vascular, and orthopedic surgery gives her a unique edge in the world of aesthetics. That extensive clinical experience translates into precise, safe, and natural-looking results for every client.“

My philosophy is simple,” Rachel shared. “Aesthetic medicine should never make someone look different. It should help them look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves.”

Most Popular Services

In the Cranberry and North Hills area, Rachel says neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin, and similar products), microneedling, and chemical peels are currently the most requested treatments.

Many clients are focused on preventative care and improving overall skin quality while still wanting to look natural.

What Sets Aesthetic Edit Apart

Rachel believes her combination of strong medical background and a low-overhead, independent model allows her to offer something special.

“With my surgical experience, safety and anatomy are always the foundation,” she explained. “I also focus on making high-quality aesthetic care more accessible. Clients receive one-on-one time with a medically trained provider who prioritizes natural results without the inflated pricing you often see in larger med spas.”

Who She Serves

Rachel’s clients come from Cranberry Township, Wexford, Mars, and throughout the North Hills. She sees both women and men, with a growing number of male clients seeking subtle, refined enhancements.

Many are busy professionals and parents who want to look polished and refreshed without appearing overdone.

Her Favorite Part

When asked what she enjoys most about running Aesthetic Edit by Rachel Zoe, Rachel didn’t hesitate:

Helping clients feel more confident while building long-term relationships. There’s definitely an artistic side to aesthetics, but what matters most to me is trust. I want my clients to feel comfortable, educated, and confident every time they walk in.

What’s Coming in 2026

Rachel is expanding her offerings with a new wellness program that includes GLP-1 support. Drawing from her own experience with weight lifting and competing in NPC National bikini competitions, she wants to help clients with overall wellness, weight management, and long-term lifestyle habits.

“This creates a more comprehensive approach that goes beyond aesthetics and focuses on total wellness and longevity,” she said.

A Message for Cranberry Township

Rachel wants locals to know that aesthetic treatments don’t have to look frozen or fake.

“When done correctly, aesthetic treatments should be subtle, balanced, and natural. The goal is not to change how someone looks, but to enhance what is already there in a way that feels effortless and refined.”

Her studio motto captures it perfectly:

Your Beauty. Your Edit.
